Cancellation policy

  

At The Little Village Health Co., we understand that life happens. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation guidelines:

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • You can cancel by contacting us via email at info@thelittlevillagehealthco.com or through our booking platform.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

3. No-Shows

  • If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% fee may be charged.

4. Repeated Cancellations

  • Clients with multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or risk losing booking privileges.
